at least for a year...there's a nice view of the park, a cute balcony that faces the street, 2 full baths (for all my loved-ones when they come visit), a huge bedroom with a walk-in closet, a den with a murphy bed (for more guests), a doorman (can't give that up), Starbucks across the street and an indoor parking garage for my new best friend. pretty sweet!
