dinner with the ladies...at Tamarind, owner Avatar Walia has created a modern, sophisticated and soothing setting with a colorful mix of classic Indian textiles and artifacts. He named his Flatiron District restaurant after the sweet and sour tamarind, the fruit pod of a tall tropical tree...our meal was yummy and it was great to catch up with the ladies finally...since we had all been traveling..all around the world, Dubai, Egypt, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Paris, London, Ft. Lauderdale....between the 4 of us there were over 25+ plane rides in the past month!!! insane...and I got to show the girls my "super kawaii" hair style...I'm already bored.

On June 19th, 2008, Complex Media partnered with Asics for a co-branded event at the new David Z store in New York. The event served as a showcase for the launch of the special Asics GT-Quick shoes designed by the David Z shop. From 9pm-11pm, event-goers enjoyed complimentary Red Bull/Vodka drinks, and catered food, while enjoying the sounds of Complex's very own DJ Treats.

Burger King has launched a $200 hamburger called simply "The Burger" that features Wagyu beef, white truffles, Pata Negra ham slices, Cristal onion straws, Modena balsamic vinegar, lambs lettuce, pink Himalayan rock salt, organic white wine, and shallot-infused mayonnaise all served up on an Iranian saffron and white truffle dusted bun....drool....
