CLAE spring '08
Sung's done it again...Clae's Spring 2008 Collection continues to focus on good footwear without all the colorful and shiny hype, plus it's smart and comfortable. With ten distinct styles available in optional color palettes they certainly offer great choices for the coming season. Plus their pricing is reasonable -- $60 to $135 per pair.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4
The latest Lamborghini, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, sure is a beauty. It's an updated version of the 5 year old Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, and among other things is a little lighter, has a new engine (the same one the Audi RS6 Avant has), and of course some updated styling to the exterior. New headlights, a completely redone rear end, and some new intakes top the list of body tweaks.
The engine upgrade combined with the lost weight (it weighs 44lbs less than the Superleggera) would make for some seriously fast and fun springtime driving, which for me (here in the Midwest) would be perfectly timed with the roads clearing of all the icy spots!

LE Dolce & Gabbana bags
Dolce & Gabbana is launching a set of 11 limited edition bags for the 2008 spring and summer season. Featuring elegant and exotic skins from python and crocodile, plus a mix of both traditional styles and a few new shapes (i.e. a 'lounge bag' and an elongated satchel that converts to a maxi clutch), the inside of each bag will have a hand embroidered 'Limited Edition' fabric label that includes the bag's creation number and, upon request, can be even further personalized with the name of the proud new owner (and only 10 of each style will be produced so if you want to be one of them you better hurry). These are a lil too much for my taste..but I'm sure some of the European ladies will love them

Really dress up ur iphone
This is the fanciest case I've seen yet! Not just gold in color, this carbon fiber leather case is studded with forty-two diamonds (3.2 carats total) set in 18K gold. The diamonds are VVS1 clarity and H color making Case-mate's handcrafted Diamond Case very luxurious indeed. Limited quantities are available for $20,000 each. It certainly is quite the accessory for those that already have it all...or those that just need a little extra bling.
Driftwood tables!
These are sick! Driftwood may be free on the beach but it will cost you in the designs of Frank Lefebrve for Bleu Nature. The company gathers driftwood from the northern shore of France and then combines them with enameled metal and other raw materials such as pebbles, hemp and raw linen to form furniture. These ten low tables are composed of driftwood made useful with the addition of metal and enamel tops. The set sells for $1,750.
Green in LA
The Hotel Palomar in the Westwood area of Los Angeles is promising to be the first green hotel in Los Angeles. The hotel, part of the Kimpton group, has 268 guest rooms. Their green features include in-room recycling bins (yes!); energy-efficient lighting; water-efficient fixtures; toiletries made from natural ingredients by earth-friendly manufacturers; organic food and beverage options in its mini-bars and a restaurant that follows the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch's sustainable seafood guidelines. The hotel will offer wireless Internet, concierge-directed private car services in a Lexus Hybrid, hosted evening wine receptions, private trainers available by appointment, a pool and a "Mind. Body. Spa." wellness program that includes 24-hour, in-room yoga and Pilates television programming. The hotel is also pet friendly. The California Environmental Protection Agency has awarded Kimpton the Governor's Environmental and Economic Leadership Award for preserving the state's resources. Rates start around $300 and it looks like the hotel is set to open in June.
