How’s this for Ghetto Fabulous — a new line of Barbie dolls done up Jay-Z style in Rocawear.
The limited edition collection was developed by Roca and Mattel to celebrate the fashion brand’s 10th anniversary.
The dolls are colorfully dressed, but relatively bling-free — and come in a wide range of multi-culti skin hues!
There’s even a smiley-faced Roca-Ken who just looks happy to be there.
The Rocawear/Barbie get-together follows Mattel’s recent uber-Barbie fashion-fest, which saw designers such as Vera Wang, Diane von Furstenburg, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfilger, Badgley Mischka and Alexander Wang create one-off designs for a NYC Fashion Week Runway show in February.
Sadly, even though the Barbies are from Jay-Z, he and Beyonce don’t make Mattel guest appearances.
